"The raw material used for this tea is from the AV 2 clonal bushes. The characteristics of the AV 2 is predominately very flowery with peachy notes. These leaves are plucked in small quantity during the start of the season which is March and few days in April. The leaves are normally withered naturally without giving any hot air. The leaves are then rolled in a specialised mini rolling table to give the beautiful curly appearance with a show of nice tips. As the leaves are fresh and very succulent the cell rapture during rolling is faster emitting the unique character of this tea. It is kept for oxidation for a short period before being fired."
