A delicate, lighter rolled oolong of the Shan Lin Xi variety, this tea may be allowed to pleasantly unfold over several steepings. On the first steep, a honeyed floral sweetness rides atop a rounded creaminess suggestive of a fine Jinxuan. A slight green astringency cuts through the creaminess, fading on subsequent steeps into a mellow glow of sweet peaches and summer blooms.

SCOOP | 3g or 2 heaping tsp per 8oz water
POUR | 212° water over leaves
RINSE | steep for 5 seconds and discard liquid to awaken leaves
POUR | 212° water over leaves

Gongfu
SCOOP | 6g or 2 heaping tsp per 4oz water
POUR | 212° water over leaves
RINSE | steep for 5 seconds and discard liquid to awaken leaves
STEEP | 5-10 seconds and strain into fair cup/pitcher to share or enjoy alone
