Alishan Winter
Take a sip of this year’s Alishan Winter Oolong, born from an unusually stormy season in Taiwan with multiple typhoons and higher-than-average rainfall. Although the yields were smaller, the resulting tea shines with the distinct intensity you’d expect from a winter harvest, while offering an extra layer of minerality and a spring-water crispness in both texture and flavor. This unique combination creates a truly refreshing cup that stands out from more typical Alishan oolongs. We like to enjoy its smooth taste on a cozy afternoons and appreciate the remarkable conditions that brought this exceptional tea to life.
